Kihongo (基本語, “fundamental words”) is a web app for learning core Japanese. It is free to use. Optional tips go to the maker via Buy Me a Coffee.

## Use it

- Home / study: flip cards, hear Japanese, mark memorized, tag cards into folders
- Browse: search Japanese, romaji, or English
- Folders: review a tag or a JLPT slice (phrases, N5, N4, N3)
- Progress: seals (badges), daily streak, export/import

Romaji sits under each kana. は is marked **wa** when it is the topic particle; を is marked **o**.
